The Restaurant Pizzeria New Tentacoli by Gege.
The restaurant is divided into three different rooms, all air-conditioned. The pastel shades of partei harmonize well and are able to create a lively atmosphere and elegant at the same time. On the walls are pictures autographed by celebrities usually frequent the place.
The first room at the entrance, with 30 seats, is reserved for non-smokers. The second, with about 25 covered parking spaces, is available for guests smoking. The room on the top floor, with 35 seats, is used for banquets.
With the friendliness of all time, in a totally renovated kitchen has maintained seafood ever. The menu focuses on seafood and fresh pasta (spaghetti, linguine, tagliatelle) homemade, another point of pride for the management, along with the absolute freshness of shellfish and fish of all kinds (San pietro, salmon, turbot, oysters, redfish and many others). The specialty of the house include, among many other proposals, baked spaghetti, linguine all’astrice, and the sea bass baked with potatoes. The gourmet pizza will not be disappointed by the excellent and delizione pizzas cooked in a wood oven. To end on a sweet note there is a wide choice of homemade desserts: pear cake and chocolate, tiramisu tart and creme caramel panna cotta. All meals are taken care of by the owner and chef Antonio Tucker.
The wine cellar is well stocked with labels from all over Italy. White, red, sparkling and champagne will satisfy the palate of all wine lovers and accompany savory dishes. The house wine is a white jugs proposed.
Interesting the possibility to order half bottles of some wines both red and white: an intelligent alternative for those who love wine but do not drink a whole bottle. Among the proposals stand half bottles whites Gavi Michele Chiarlo and Falanghina of fief of Saint Gregory, while the reds are a Bonda Oltrepò and Dolcetto d’Alba. There are plenty of great wines and aged like a Barolo or Amarone della Valpolicella 1994. Also a small selection of dessert wines completes the list.

There is also an interesting tasting menu, which at an affordable price (30 Euros) allows you to taste the specialties of the restaurant, giving the guests the choice of first courses.

The direction of the New Tentacles lends itself readily to the organization of banquets, business lunches and dinners, birthday parties, reserving the upstairs room, which is equipped with a private bathroom. If there was an award for the restaurant with the name most likely to win would be the picturesque New Tentacoli (by Gegè). The sign is sympathy and in fact the place is nice (it is by Giulio Romano, in an area that the weekend is now very busy, frequented mainly by young people). By Gege’s Pizza, but there are also many different dishes of fish, good quality and reasonably priced.

Like spaghetti baked in foil (with seafood, covered with pizza dough), linguine with lobster, swordfish grilled or baked turbot. Good quality and price on average. The place is nice, always busy. Closed on Wednesdays. Not easy to find a parking space in the area over the weekend.
